The project implements an innovative marketing tool for companies operating in Tourism. The Tourism is greatly influenced by user reviews of each hotel. The major e-tourism companies such as Tripadvisor, Expedia and booking.com, promote the users’ comments as their advantage. However, these comments do not all have the same effect or value, but depend mainly on their analysis and the influence of the person who wrote them. The objective of this project is to create a tool for evaluating and ranking the comments, using which the hotelier will be automatically informed and aware of the possible effect of each positive or negative comment in order to respond accordingly. For the final decision, machine learning techniques and continuously trained algorithms are used in order to produce reliable results.
